  • Don't know if any of you have played at bitcoincasino.us...this use to b my favorite casino. Didn't deposit (and I deposit ALOT ) anywhere else but here..til today that is..so for about 20 minutes I was trying to play but Everytime I would spin I got kicked off and when I could get back in the game the money from my spin would be gone and I didn't get to even see the spin...went to live chat and for 3 hours they kept telling me (very rudely) they were having technical issues and to come back later. So I emailed support with my issue and all day I have gotten nothing but a robot answering me and telling me same thing over and over that basically tough crap it is what it is...well first of all I deposit way to much money at this casino for them to act like this and for them not to try and b fair about the situation. I feel I'm owed something for the unknown about lost due to their technical issue or some kind of we r sorry for your troubles token...I don't EVER ask them for anything. I deposit my money and play. But right is right and wrong is wrong and this is wrong!!! And it's so frustrating not being able to get a human when it says right on there website 24 hour support?? Don't know if it will do any good posting here but I guess it's worth a try.

  • Hi Melissa ...no it has not completely been resolved yet...they r slick talking and trying to work it out has been so frustrating due to the fact they only send/answer an email once a day...and they offered me money added to my account then the next day wasted there one email to say something completely different. I'm just giving up and moving on because this casino isn't worth the engery and time I have wasted..just hard to walk away with knowing how much money I have deposited there...hard to understand how they don't care to lose loyal customers..thank you for your help. I really appreciate it :)

    To be eligible for Friday freespins, a player shall deposit at least 0.01 btc within Monday - Thursday (10 freespins will be added on Friday); at least 0.02 btc to get 15 freespins; at least 0.05 btc to get 24 freespins; at least 0.1 btc to get 35 freespins; and at least 0.24 btc to get 75 freespins. Unfortunately, your deposit amounts were smaller, which is why you didn't get the Friday freespins.

    As for the cashback, unfortunately, the situation looks the same. For the period of time for which you didn't get your cashback the amount of your losses was insufficient for getting a cashback.

    On August 13 - 16 the player deposited 0.00389155 BTC, which is why the next day, on Friday, the player didn't get Friday freespins (min. required amount of deposits shall be 0.01 btc).

    On August 20 - 23 the player deposited 0.00830000 BTC, which is why again she didn't get the Friday freespins.

  • OP probably believes it a combo total of .01 for free spins instead of 1 deposit of at least .01 btc 

  • Since we get the answer from the casino rep why the player didn't get free spins and check in their bonus terms that min deposit to get 10 free spins on Friday is 0.01BTC - 0.02BTC, we're going to mark this case RESOLVED.
