  • Hello. my mail in this casino: [email protected] I played in this casino (BABE CASINO)  for a long time. made deposits, lost, won, everything as usual. 

    On May 21, I made two deposits (without bonuses) first - lose, second - won and make withdrawal request 5000 euro.
    May 22 - I got message "Uh Oh- It appears that your account is blocked."

    May 23 - I got message: "We are investigating your unusual betting pattern. Please detail what computer or mobile phone you where using to play, make, year, model."

    ???? but I gave them what they asked for.

    and May 24 I got message: "Uh oh! It looks like your withdrawal request has not been approved! "

    And today (25 May) I got message: 

    "We had a Fraud warning from game provider and we are waiting for their explanation what has happened. We do not tolerate any attempts of fraud on our platform, however we want to make sure it is the case.

    Support will be in touch once we will get all the explanations."

    I just played and I have never been in collusion with anyone. This is ridiculous. If they have problems with the provider, then let them deal with it. This should not concern me.

  • Hi from Babe Casino! As it was explained to the Player, which was with us for long time, we are waiting for official reply from the game provider what was wrong and why they flagged player. We strive to get full explanation to make a decision, and to understand what has happened that theirs Fraud department reacted. As today is weekend we hope to be closer to resolution early next week. We understand it’s highly frustrating, but as game provider is directly involved we can’t proceed until we fully investigate the case and hear all the sides. Kind regards, Management

    I have not seen such hypocrisy from any casino. They change the rules on their own when it's convenient for them. (It can be confirmed) If I lost 5,000 euros, would you also return them to me? :)
