RESOLVED - Royal Panda Casino ! Bonus Complaint !

Hi guys,
I am writing this on behalf of my friend that I introduced to online gambling.

My friend registered at Royal Panda and deposited 21usd
here is the case.
he got 150% from the 21usd which give 31.50 usd.
then the wagering is about 1200.
as usual when we play with deposit bonus the real balance will be deducted first.
he lost all his deposited balance (21usd)
afterwards he won till his balance is 120usd.
he checked the wagering and it never drops. (left about 1100)

then he asked for live chat and was told that the 31.50 wont be able to contribute to wagering req. so you have to deposit again to finish the remaining wagering req (1100).

That is just one F***ed up T&C.
all deposit bonus should be given to help wagering req.
if the bonus money doesnt contribute the wagering req, why they offer it in the first place.

maybe some of u guys find it not weird. but this is the first time for me hearing it.

Just wanna share with forum members so that they wont fall in the same situation as my friend.

You complaining that you and your friend can't read terms and conditions? This is just your problems, not others. Did not recommend to others something, if you screwed up yourself.

well i am just sharing if u dont think that this has any use for you there is no need for you to reply.
most people will usually think deposit bonus are all the same where the bonus money contribute to the wagering. i dont think you would read one whole page of T&C before playing.
unless well maybe you have too much time or u really like reading

p.s. actually i dont read t&c unless i need it, because i check wagering here at LCB, because all bonuses (so far) contribute to the wagering

Yeah, wagering bonuses with real cash is crap. All he can do is try to build a really high balance - by playing with €1-2 bets (like €800) and then make a deposit to wager €1100.

First of all thank you anfransen for opening this thread and I regret that your friend has a negative experience playing At Royal Panda. I will take this opportunity to explain our bonus system here.

I would like to state that we are definitely not a dodgy operator and we certainly do not run a bonus scam. I do agree that our bonus terms are not standard and sometimes a bit harder to explain. Once players get the hang of it they normally really like our bonus terms.

We have a full explanation of the bonus terms on our site next to that we also implemented a short summary of our deposit bonus terms during the deposit process, because we know not many people actually read the terms and conditions. Players can select their bonus manually and with us giving them this short summary our aim is to ensure that they understand our bonus.
I will give an example how our bonus works:

• You deposit $10.
• We give you a $10 bonus.
• Your total balance is now $20.
• To clear the $10 bonus money (and any possible bonus winnings) for withdrawal, you’ll need to wager $350 in total ($10 x 35). Only wagers made using your cash balance count towards the wagering requirements.

So if a player wins $400 with his/her bonus money, he/she can release the $410 ($400 + $10) by meeting the wagering requirement for the initial bonus amount received: $10x35=$350

We chose this bonus structure because we want to offer our offer our players a nice incentive to join Royal Panda. When you join us you will start playing with your cash balance. The advantage of this is that you can withdraw any won money with these cash bets immediately. If you start playing with your bonus balance you would need to meet the wagering requirements before you can withdraw your winnings.

When you cash balance runs out you start using your bonus balance. It's true that your bonus balance and any winning with your bonus balance can only be released with cash balance like stated above.

I’m not 100% sure if it’s allowed here but I would like to refer to a thread on LINK REMOVED where we almost had the same thread. After players understood our bonus they actually liked it.

I hope this gives you a better view on our bonus terms If there are any more questions and or remarks we are happy to answer them.

well yeah maybe it is just new to me and my friend. cos i know other casinos, they also allow you to get 100% or 150% deposit bonus. once you win more than your deposit+bonus. you can withdraw directly but the bonus will be deducted. BUT if you lose your deposit, you can still wager with the bonus to be able to complete wagering requirement and withdraw later. Some of the casinos are: goldrun casino and drvegas.

Sorry to make comparison as  i just feel kinda disappointed thanks for your long explanation.

Now in regards to the complaint, even though it is not a standard bonus system, I really see no harm or foul done here, and certainly do not think this is a bonus scam.

Terms and conditions are clear, and it is responsibility of each and every player to read and agree to the T&Cs upon claiming the bonus.

Also, and this is my opinion only, I do think it is pretty cool that the cash balance is the balance available for immediate withdrawal.
