I was sent an email that said that I had been granted 33 spins on a game. I clicked the link, and won about $15 on the spins. I checked out the terms and conditions, and saw that video poker was not allowed for money won on the bonus. I had a playthrough balance of something like $600, and my bonus balance was the full $15 or so that I had won. No problem. I clicked on video poker, just in case, but it said "game is unavailable due to restrictions." So I went an played a different slot. After a while of playing, I had won a bit, had a little over $100 balance, and my playthrough balance showed $0.00, and the bonus balance showed $0.00.

I clicked again on video poker, and sure enough, since the bonus terms had been met, the money was now available for withdrawal, and I could now play video poker. I played for a bit, then hit a royal flush, winning $2,000. I clicked "cashier," selected "withdraw," jumped through the ID verification hoops, and requested a $2,040 withdrawal. I then chatted customer support, and asked if the withdrawal was valid. The support agent said it was, and that there was nothing that they could see that would prevent the withdrawal.

24 hours to the minute later, I saw that my withdrawal was changed to "manager withdrawal approved" and I was sent $11 to my Bitcoin wallet. 

I contacted support, asking them when it would arrive, and they said that since I was using money won from a bonus, video poker was not allowed. I argued that when I was still playing with bonus funds, video poker was unavailable due to restrictions, but as soon as I had satisfied the bonus, the game opened to me. They counter-argued that the funds were essentially forever attached to the bonus rules, even though the terms do not state that. The terms state that the maximum withdrawal applied even after playthrough was met, but not that the restricted games would remain restricted. 

Worst-case scenario, I should have been given the maximum withdrawal amount. Instead, I was given the $11 that I deposited to verify my account and not a penny more.

TL;DR - I won $2,000 with a royal flush, and Lucky Legends refused to pay.

What is the max cash out for that no deposit bonus? Is the bonus cashable or non-cashable?

The bonus was cashable with a $1,000 max cash out. When I put in the request, I expected it to be reduced to the $1,000 max. Instead, they reduced it to the $11 I had deposited as part of the withdrawal process to verify my BTC wallet.
