  • Hello, I have had problems to verify my account at aplay casino

    They  requested my selfie, curentdate,  my id, and their site in the backgroung at my profile page

    I took a dozen photos in diffeent days and i was sending them and uploading then in their web site

    They declined them all

    As I live alone and due the quarentine I seldom find anyone to make these photos

    Could any aplay casino rep help in this task?

  • Hello Sydney, I made new deposits on Aplaycasino 

    After a while I requested a new withdrawal

    Aplay security section requested the same docs that were approved two days ago 

    I decided to send the same photos that they approved and other added

    They said they wanted new ones with the date of today 

    I know their T&C allow them to request it a dozen times, but, have they anything against me?

    Now, I must get someone to help me to take new photos.   And they must fullfill what they request
