    as mentioned in the title, im in a desperate need of some help on a legal matter...

    I was recently playing at a shady casino that is now refusing to payout my balance due to a *scam they are running.

    *my personal opinion

    THE CASE:

    when you register on this site (online casino), your are constantly being offered deposit bonuses via their email system. When use this bonus you are presented with the BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS where it clearly states two things:

    1. For the funds to be withdrawable you have to wager the bonus amount fully prior whitdrawing.

    and..

    2. Withdrawals using deposit bonus are not restricted - they are unlimited.

    If a player manages to meet the wagering requirements, he is eligible for whitdrawal but when a withdrawal is being requested he is being presented with another set of T&C where it states you are able to withdraw only 100x the ammount you have deposited (their GENERAL T&C) - and in it this term is written in a certain manor to confuse the reader. There is no such term found in the DEPOSIT BONUS T&C.

    I wont go into how stupid and scammy this is cause i never met a player that ever had a desire to play on casino sites offering slots capable of 50.000x bet wins but never letting its users actually receive their winnings...

    (example. deposit 10euros, make 1 lucky 10 eurospin - win multi: 5000x = 50.000 - payout per this casino scam scheme: 100X 10e deposit = 1000euros)

    All i would like to know is which terms are now prevailing. The ones you are being presented first? Or this doesnt play any role.

    How would a player be able to claim his money in this situation.

    For any help resulting in this casino paying out my 6k, im willing to financially reward the helper.

    I have screen shots, video clips (wins), communication records (where they confirm the payout at first, then refuse..)...

    its the same case as You helped me on, a couple of weeks back, sadly without any success. Its Casollo.com.

    All I want to know if I have any legal options in this case...its my only option left, as they are now refusing to provide data to mediators etc and i cant achieve nothing with them.

    yes, muliple times. Only the last time ive made a report and after that demanded an answer, because casollo rep was claiming on another forum, that the licensor has ruled in their favour - but i was never notified by either of them directly about the issue. 

    The licensor (Antillephone) replied only by saying i was eligible for maximum 1k payout due to their general T&C and i have a feeling they didnt take the contradictory terms and conditions of this casino in consideration.

  • I see. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do in this case since we tried many times to get in touch with the casino and ask them to assist us in resolving numerous complaints on the forum. If you take a legal action please do let us know what the outcome is.

  • Yes, i know. On another forums, they came in and arogantly stated that they will not provide any more info or proof to anyone regarding this case, which by my optinion is same as addmiting they are scamming players. :( Its just sad how these type of casinos are operating so easily and are supported by big names in payment gateway industry. The same issue i now have is with my new affiliate partner. :D The money didnt come in, no1 there is able to provide me with a new date or specific info about the issue. :D U really need to be careful these days in this industry.

    I had an issue similar ONCE! I said forget it, an now when I play, I never claim a bonus! 
    easier an safer that way

    well im filming my features and big wins and i upload them on my yt channel, so these bonuses present more play time for me ;) there are a lot of safe and fair bonuses out there, you just need to be careful about which ones you pick.

    Thanks for the update. Have you got your $1,000 that their licensor considered you should get? 

  • Yes, 1000 euros was paid out, all other funds were deleted.

    due to their contradictor rules i advise everyone not  to touch this casino. u do not wanna hit a jackpot there :D
