Another Complaint: Confusing Simba Games T&C

Sorry to make so many complaints in this forum.

i dont know what to say anymore about T&C of casinos.
are you guys really reading the T&C of deposit bonus?
if you guys really read all the T&C then i might be the wrong one.

I really cant stand reading T&C so long until it has 39 points


SO the problem is that the T&C is not clear, i cant see that the T&C STATES that my winning will be void if i play those games.
it just say that "If a player has bonus balance available it will not be shown in the balance while playing a Jackpot or Live Casino game."

I won 275 usd and now my winning is void and my balance is 20 usd.

I recently played at SpinEmpire and they are really good. when you open the games that cant be played with bonus it will give a pop up.

This month might be my unlucky month cos i am having so much problem with T&C.

I'm trying to find a link with all the slots mentioned in T & Cs. There is none, at first I thought it was something to do with bonus feature e.g Robin Hood and Wish Master, but if that is the case why is Big Bang not in there? And what the hell is Kings of Chicago doing there? U get 3+ scatters and u go to a different set of reels to start the feature.
If I'm wrong u can can pull me up on this, but I think one of the reasons your getting these road blocks is because of your country? Is there an online casino based in your country? if so u have a better chance of not getting these silly T & Cs
As I'm from the UK, 90% of my deposits are from companies based in the UK, and if they are not I always look for the Gambling Commission logo.
If I was to deposit and withdraw from a RTG casino, the process will not be as smooth because their bread and butter clients are in a different country, e.g USA.
They would have to go through hoops I suppose to make sure I was legit, whereas in UK most casinos will not ask for id due to database, ip address, blah blah.
Bottom line, if u switch to many casinos that are regulated in different areas, your more than likely to get some weird T & Cs .
Last thing, when I first found out about forums I took a ND bonus from a RGT casino. I made the wager and tried to contact chat. They said my bonus was play money as my country was restricted and that I should look at T & Cs. I did so and they were right, I was restricted. Only to find out that St.Lucia and The Vatican could claim the bonus

well i guess i cant pursue this matter further.
i just feel so weird that those great games are excluded and they do not block players from playing it as if it is like a trap. So if you accidentally played one of the game you are DONE! WINNING VOID!

Next time I should read T&C more carefully. hope this wont happen to other forum members
