    Hi dear supra bet i deposit 2773 balance today but I placed bet and show my balance is frozen why my balance is frozen I can't place bet and withdraw money This is my Supra bet id ****** Please resolve this issue and I try my kyc complete i uploaded many tipes of documents but duplicate documents error show ho raha hai please help

    We received the response from the casino rep:

    The player has activated a Casino Bonus that doubles the deposit amount, however he must comply with the bonus T&Cs.
    We have already asked the player to inform us if he wishes to complete the bonus T&Cs or if he wishes to cancel (without any penalty), in order to release the funds and be able to place sports bets.
    We're waiting for the player to respond.
