RESOLVED: 24bettle declined withdraw without any message or notification

Last week I won a little money with freespins ... I decided to make a withdraw of 40 euro ... Didnt hear anything from it or them ... Decided to take a look today on my account ... balance was zero ... and I found out my 40 euro withdraw was cancelled ... But where are the 40 euro now?! Cause if I need to send docs or need to make deposit or whatever in order to receive the 40 euro I would like to know ... Now all is just gone and 24bettle is silence ?!

The casino re should have answered by now. We're going to notify them again and see what's going on. 

Its all about that Im just curious why they declined my withdraw, voided my money/winnings without any message or whatever  ...

And now ... seeing this here, 2 weeks have passed ... and they just keep ignoring it all ... It really doesnt look good for them !

I have traced and found indeed that by a human error you were not informed of this when the withdraw was rejected. 

However I have also found that you have not attempted at all to contact our support either through Live Chat or email. 

This way of contacting us would have given you a much faster and better reply than through here.
