    I have the same problem. I already sent de documents two times and receveid an email saying thas all ok. but when I try withdrawal give me all the times the same message of documents. :(

    Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, the casino does not want to assit us in sorting out players' complaints so our hands are tied. We can't help you in this matter. There are lots of unresolved complaints on our forum with the same problem. The only thing we can advise is to file a complaint to their licensor. Maybe they can help you. Please keep us posted if there is any progress.
