  • Hello, im actually so F***** tired of this scamming casino, that I dont even understand how its legal for them to still operate and scam people?!
    I settled a bet 7th october with them, and I still havent got my money from them.. This is so ridiculous ..

    FIrst I couldnt even withdraw the money, "MIN withdraw was 1048.45 SEK" which was weird, next day it lowered to 1047.xx SEK, cant remember.. and I have about 1046 sek, so I had to go play some live casino and win 5 sek so now I had 1051, YAY i could finally withdraw, next it takes soooo long time its not even funny.. mail conversations verification, and what bothers me they say I have to verify my identity ,but they send MY personal details and photos to another company, how is this even legal?! oh and btw, now I created a NEW withdraw request, and suddenyl minimum withdrawal was 30 SEK?!?!?! parasites only at this site! worst decision of my life creating account here

    Here you have piture of my account with the withdraw request, that was cancelled for a really stupid reason, it was "failed" how the F was it failed, they couldnt fail taking my money, but sending them back is a BIG BIG BIG problem it seems. Included in the pictures is 2 mails from their poor customer support, always somethign with this SHIT company..

    By far the worst experience ever in my life has been with this poor scamming company, this world has become so bad, how does even these people running these sites exist? they are biggest parasites in this world, still operating a site thats scamming and it hasnt been taken down by the law yet.. RIDICULOUS

  • So I had to renew my withdrawal request because there was some "failure" in the first one, now 7 days passed since the last withdrawal

    And this is their response on mail

    The issue has been redirected to our technical specialists. We kindly ask you to wait for the solution to the problem."

    Can you help me who I can contact to report this site for have stealing my money and for fraud?

    Its clearly they dont give a xxxx about paying out customers, I still dont understand how this site can operate and be active, its a big big big joke, never have I stumpled upon such a bad site like this one.

    ITS a withdrawal request, why do they need to redirect the ISSUE to technical specialist?!?!? Its not an issue at all, its just that thye dont wanna pay out !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    The owner of this site is the biggest xxxxx and xxxxx on the planet!! He doesnt deserve to live

  • Sorry to hear that, martiinozz. We contacted them again this morning asking for any feedback, but they are not getting back to us. Let's see if you get a reply from their tech team. We'll also keep on trying to get the answers from the casino rep.

  • Ahahahah im laughing so hard i just fell, this is a big joke.. today I login, the funds are back on my account.. Last time I withdrew money they ACCEPTED it.. now it was denied 7 days later?! 

    So this joke company dont wanna pay me out my money, do you know who has their licence and how I can get in touch with someone about this issue? I cant accept this scamming company to steal my money even if its a low sum, if they do this against 10 000 customers, they have alot of money.

    So I would like to get some help in getting contact with the licence owner so I can call them and file a complaint against this big joke scamming site

  • They still don't want to communicate with us regarding this matter. Sure, you can go and file a complaint to their gaming licensor Curacao. Please let us know if you hear back from them. 

  • This is unacceptable and this is not a good way to run a company, 22bet apparently do not care about their customers. I'm really glad that I never gave them my money. I do hope you get your money thou.

  • The casino rep got your email address, but he still hasn't got back to us although he promised he'd help us sort out the issue. We sent several reminders so far. Have you heard anything from them?

    Unfortunately, we have to tell you that the casino rep hasn't sent any update regarding your case. We got just the promises that the issue would be sorted but in the end, they didn't sort it out. 

    We advise you to file a complaint to Curacao, their regulatory body. We did our best to help you in sorting out this case. Unfortunately, the casino didn't want to cooperate with us, therefore we are going to mark this case as unresolved. In case you hear something from them or they make any progress in dealing with your case, please do let us know and we are going to open the topic again. 

  • They have being in touch, they want last 8 digits of my bank card full name and date of birth....... Im sure they have no right to ask for last 8 digits of my card, is that correct....... 

  • 22bet customer service and 22bet security both emailing me asking me different things.  Security looking my card with first four digits and last four digits blanked out- now customer service looking last 8 digits of my card......
