  • I made s deposit of $350 on 18/11 and placed a few bets. I ended up with $1000 in the account. When i try to withdraw, i keep being told lies (see below) Note they actually think id be dumb enough to make further deposits whilst i am unable to make a withdrawal. This is ridiculous.

    NO ONE USE 22BET THEY ARE SCAMMERS

  • Sorry to hear that, Rory Toemoe, We recently placed this casino to the Warning list because there are certain issues regarding the payouts. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. 

    Could you please tell me which payment method you used when you made the deposit? 

    Provide me please with your casino username so we can notify them regarding this case and see what they are going to say but I guess they'll say the same thing as they said to you.

    I have sent the requested information to you via email. Please note i was told by 22bet that I couldnt withdraw due to an issue with my bank. This is not correct.

    Just an update for you. I have been asked in 5 seperate emails to provide the following.

    1) My card details via a photo

    2) My licesnse details via a photo

    3) My card details again (as per step 1)

    4) My license details again (as per step 2)

    5) This morning after providing the above i am sent an email below,

    We ask you to provide us with the new photo where you hold your document in your hand near your face on the background of the mailing with security department.

    Im wandering if maybe next they will ask me to do some magc with a pen whilst holding a candlestick???

    What is wrong with these people !!! SCAMMMERS

  • Thanks for letting us know. Casinos usually ask to send the photo of you holding a photo ID. Please do as they advised then they can't say you didn't send all required documents. Keep us posted. 

  • I agree, I too think it's ridiculous what they asked from you but co-operation is highly required in order for them to verify your account no matter how ridiculous you think it is. Just send them the documentations they need and wait for their response.

    So after requesting documents several times (yes i had to sumbit the same information multiple times) i was finally authorised to make a withdrawal.

    After making said withdrawal of $11,500 i was provided with an error and advised by security that the withdrawal had been cancelled, and I should withdraw in amounts under $3,900.

    So i proceeded to make several withdrawals under the limit and suprise suprise that was blocked too !!

    I am seeking legal advise from my lawyers in Cyprus. Clearly 22bet have no interest in paying out what they owe and are only interested in making it impossible to ever withdraw winnings in the hope the user will keep playing and lose their winnings.

    Melissa, any further help you cna provide me would be much appreciated !!

  • There was another player who had withdrawal issue with this brand and sadly he didn't get paid because he was from a restricted country which they shouldn't allow to signup in the first place but because the terms were stated in their website, they can blame the player for not reading them and void the winnings. In your case, they just do not want to pay. They do not like big winners, they do like big depositors thou. What a bunch of  crooks, if you don't have money, do not start a company!

  • Sure. We'll check with the casino rep why the withdrawal was blocked after you sent all the required docs and it was approved. We'll try to get the answers. They paid out one player yesterday, on the other hand, there are several unresolved cases as well. 

  • Just an update. The casino rep promised he'd take care of your case. Although we sent several reminders we still got nothing. We sent them the last reminder yesterday and still nothing. Have you heard from them yet, because they also told us they'd get in touch with you as well?

    We haven't heard from the casino rep yet although he promised he'd help us sort it out. We advise you to file a complaint to their regulatory body in Curacao. We are going to mark this case as unresolved. If you hear something from them we are going to open it again.
