RESOLVED: 22bet.com took my money !

I had deposited 100 euro in to a 22bet account I have for a while now. I was depositing and withdrawing fine until I forgot my password and had to reset it,then I began to get excuse after excuse why I couldn't take my money out(not winnings,just my money) now they want proof of a bank statement for a three Money card which is impossible as I'm sure they know it's not a bank card I sent them transaction history and the actual card. Beware please don't give them your Money.

Sound like they trying to perform a standard verification (KYC) procedure which most casinos do. I believe you've hit a certain threshold, as per you mentioned you were deposting and withdrawing. Some casinos start only the KYC process once you hit a $500 or more withdrawal ( Or total withdrawals equivalent to $500 or more). I know casumo normally does another verification and SOW when you hit the $2000 mark.

Do you mind showing us exactly what they want? Maybe copy and past email content, as you are not that clear in what you are saying which means a bit difficult to what you are saying.

I did a bit of research,  and I am sure you should be able to pull a statement for the card, unless its a prepaid card.

We have lots of complaints regarding this brand. Could you please provide us with your casino account ID number so we can try to get their feedback on this? 

I eventually got it sorted after 50+ emails and two days of hounding them I managed to get them to release it then I immediately blocked my account I would never deal with them again I had been through the the kyc verification already and had already took out 5000 and I'm not sure how much I put in but it was a lot less than that. The real reason I left in the end was the chat mods being so rude and not answering questions with a straight answer so frustrating happy to not be a customer anymore
