    My account just got restricted after days of playing asking for verification (which was already done before). I was requested to send my ID (which I already did before). I think this is about to happen to me. This happened minutes after I made another USD 2,000 worth of my local currency.

    So sorry to hear that, roller1014. Yet another complaint regarding payout issues with 22bet casino. Unfortunately, we can't help you since the casino does not want to provide their assistance on our forum. There are numerous compaints regarding the same issue and none of them has been resolved. Therefore, we added them on our warning list. You can check their review page HERE. We can only advise you to file a complaint to their licensor and try to get it sorted this way. Please also update us.

    We are going around in circles with the customer support they are asking for a screenshot of the transaction page bearing 'Holder's Data' which is not possible with my e-wallet company.     They are asking for print screens confirming all deposits made with the help of my bank card ending ***XXXX. Holder's data should be seen as well. I keep sending all the screenshots that I could that is possible yet they still insist that it must contain Holder's Data. I ask them what exactly do they mean by Holder's Data but they won't reply what it exactly means. Is there any higher body where I may report this and can get any resolution?
