  • Hello I am from Thailand.
    I played in 21grandcasino.com with username maimai9.
    Earlier on August I won a total of EUR 2,782.50.
    After tying to request a withdrawal many times, which they kept on rejecting without telling me why.
    They finally paid me in October but they only paid me EUR 252.50 out of the EUR 500 I requested.
    I asked them about the EUR 247.50 missing payment but they never explained what happened to it.
    So I requested a new withdrawal of EUR 282.50 earlier this November and 3 weeks has passed but they still have not paid it.

    Also, my account is verified on May.

    Unfortunately, all our emails sent to them bounced back. Please note that this casino is on our Warning list due to predatory and player unfriendly terms and conditions, along with reports of slow payments and confiscation of winnings. 

    We'll keep trying to get in touch with them, however, we doubt they'll respond to us.
