Oh lordy - looks like they changed the time to 22:00 which is 1 hour 15 mins away as of now.

Thanks Rico - not sure why they have done that...and no wonder I can't get hold of the reps.  I'll check the spreadsheet to see what time I put down.

I just looked at the spreadsheet and it says "TIME (GMT) 21.00" which is confusing me now.  Our time currently is 20.48 GMT +1 which is 19.48 GMT so I guess I didn't change the time to GMT+1?
