cuz it happened b4 with my william hill casino and .... something like william hill club (cant remember now, it happened a few yrs ago). i tot they were the same. and i tried logging in on one of these casinos, but not successful until i talked to the live chat. and she said they were different groups. the names are just different like winner and winner club. and the logos are very similar.

i got 0.01 after signing up. then i went to live chat, she told me that it should be added automatically. and the system decide who is eligible. ..... no words to say, cuz the system decides for who should receive the bonus. so i received 0.01 after signing up.

no problems at all for me i signed up and logged in from the uk. the 0.01 was in my balance when i logged in and about 3 seconds later a message popped up to say i had the free £30 no deposit to play with. No luck for me i played the angel and devil slot and lost pretty quickly.

I got the bonus no problem too, what I did find weird that the playthrough requirement amount did not shift from £1,500 at all, so I'd monitor that or check with support if you think you might be near the requirement.
