I claimed mine at Grand Bay.  (I deposited there while they were still Microgaming, though)

Code no longer valid. This is what happens when everyone calls support and tell them when they can't claim a bonus. If the bonus doesn't work the first time. Then move on. Don't call support and tell them about it. Soon they will stop issuing these freebies in the same manner.

Not really sure if this was the case, I was able to claim it and was told it was a New Years Eve special, so this might be why it is invalid now. Goodluck to everyone!

Actually Chocolateman, the code was not rendered 'invalid' b/c people were calling support; the code was valid 4 New Year's Eve only.
I have been a depositor w/ Grand Prive casinos for years, & was advised by live support on more than one occasion that sometimes an entered code will show as 'ineligible' or 'invalid.'  This might b due 2 a glitch in the system, or due 2 any number of reasons.  I have been advised 2 contact live support when/if this occurs, so that they can manually look @ my account & credit me the bonus.  Because I HAVE deposited big bucks here over the years, I will continue 2 contact live support if I am unable 2 redeem a code.
