I do not know, I am only relaying the information that the customer support rep told me when I asked her why I could not redeem the code and asked her to enter it for me.

i got the same email from adrienne, and she did not even give us the right address to send it to, it kept bouncing back.  the correct address should have been [email protected]

i really think they did this on purpose, to weed out half of us, then the peeps that went to chat, and got agrevated, by the bull, lost a few more;  so then they only had to pay out a few like me .  that really got pissed, i emailed support, and told them i was sick of their tricks...this was the third time something like this has happened to me, and i don't have the energy to waste over 10 free spins, so they can forget about me as a loyal customer, because i can put my money somewhere else.  they sent me an email immediately and said the spins were in my account. i was not expecting to hear from them, but i guess i was happy they responded so i did not uninstall them.

ya, everyone who plays them...really need to go back and re read the terms and conditions, and not just for

They all have changed the conditions, and are very sneaky they way they got us used to one set of rules, then changed them mid stream, especially when they did not adhere to the first set...
