Hello my casino username is kimberly08 and I am a member at all of the casinos you represent. Back in September at Yabby Casino you guys offered a promotion where you solve a riddle and were awarded 200 freespins. I participated and answered correctly however they sent me an email stating that I first needed to make a deposit then I would be eligible. I have made several deposits and contacted customer service via live chat numerous times and they gave me 30 freespins (which I don't think is fair) instead. I did receive and email from the blog department stating they would be contacting me soon. It has been days and still no response. If you can please take care of this I would greatly appreciate it.
