By far the worst support i have dealt with. Rarely do i see any bonus offers and then when i do they any chance they can to not come through. I deposit all the time and i finally seen i had a %100 deposit offer. the minimum deposit to get it was $10 and i happen to have a $10 paysafecard, which by the way happens to be the minimum amount they allow to deposit with paysafe. so both the bonus and the allowed amount with paysafe is 10. but when i deposit it takes 0.30 for some service fees. so even though i deposited the minimum $10 allowed by paysafe i did nort make the 10 minimum the bous. RIDICULOUS. so i contacted support expecting help. and was only met with rude treatment and totally brickwalled. it seems petty but realy how is it only considered a 10 deposit good enouth to accept my money.

The EXACT same thing happened to me at Unibet, the bastards denied a 100% bonus because of the 0.30p service charge on a PaySafeCard and of course Unibet staff were terribly unhelpful and totally disrespectful. I even tried to escalate the issue, but was met with complete silence.
