how does the tournaments work?

I got 300.00 on my initial bonus, played went into tournament play there was no details or information on the tournament.

i went back into the casino.  ended up at that point winning 1900.00 asked the live help if i could cash out because i did make a deposit they said yes.  I got a server error, emailed them about it now they wont pay they want to refund my money and close the account  because I didnt withdraw from tournament but there was no place to withdraw.  so BEWARE THEY WONT PAYOUT.  TOO bad because their software does have different games.
