letting everyone know i registered and couldnt get this 5free bonus. i was informed by chat since im a depositing member at their other casino *lightbet, that im only allowed to use bonuses at only one of their casinos.

What do you think, I thought we should never give out security codes...

@mouche12, yes they asked same to me after registering in order to complete the process. i logged into neteller and clicked account-security code recovery. neteller emails a automatic response of the 6 digit code.

i entered it and i was registered but, the 5 free was not added for me as i stated above.

If you are being asked for that contact Neteller and ask what they think this would be as I have only ever been asked for mine when depositing and not many casinos even ask for that now
