Ruby Royal no deposit bonus

I did send a reply to them from my email so they could see what they sent to me. I have not received a reply from them and I probably won't. I do think it is very misleading but they will do whatever they want to do as someone else has stated. There are too many other casinos that honor what they promise so I'm not gonna worry about this one. I just won't bother with them anymore.

I got the email for the free $50 for ten minutes, but today, everytime I checked it was not there.  I never deposited with them, so I went on line and live support told me; that promotion was for depositing players of at least $30 this year.  I don't know where they came up with that amount.  I said thank you and went to my email, sent them one saying they should not send things they were not going to honor,  They credited my account with the bonus and sent an email inviting me to log in and use it with luck at the end.

I just logged on tonight and didn't realize what has been going on with this bonus until I read this thread.

But I know it was you all I owe the thanks for this bonus.

Sorry guys, I have been on that end of a lot of bonuses, but for some reason, not this time.

hi all, after reading all of these post i decided i might as well join in. i went to live chat spoke with albert. he asked me to reply to the e-mail i did that and i also copied and pasted on the live chat he said one moment please. in abount 30 second he said the bonus was in my account. it was there. i have nver depsoited there. all you people before me must have started the ball rolling thanks

I deposited there once and I got the $50/10 min bonus and I didn't get anything not even a winning line. This is why I deleted them in the first place...and guess what??? they went right back in the recycle bin

i have not recieved a free chip from ruby royal since i joined clear back in august i tlaked to live support and sammy told me to deposit i informed her i tried to in november was having a problem and live support would not answer me andway words were exchanged and i apologized for being frustrated she said your welcome and closed thee chat needless to say i closed out my account i hate it when they are rude.  It is not the first time ruby royal has been rude to me even when i am just asking a question.  Like I had a minor stroke and couldnt remember everything i asked for my username and they were rude.  I didnt join with Lcb back then wished i had but now i am done playing there unless there casino rep can rectify this situation.
