Rome 2nd part of the ND Bonus LCB100

First of all, the wishes for 2009.
I´ve just played with my second part of the ND Bonus LCB100 for signing in last month (dec 2008). When signing up I received & 20,00 today I claimed the rest of the bonus. After contacting Live Help she put another $ 80, 00 in my account.

I received mine today after waiting some time for Live support to add it.

I spoke with livechat and I can't redeem mine until Jan. 5th. I think they staggered the signups so they wouldn't have everyone trying to redeem all on the same day. It must be tied to when we signed up. Can't wait. Good luck all.

I went to live chat on Rome today to claim the balance of the LCB100 promo, spoke with Michael "again" and he told me they do not have the LCB100 promo.
I told him I spoke with him two days ago and he told me I did have the promo and I had to wait til Jan 5th to claim.
He basically said "SOL" and that was it.
Anyone else having a problem claiming the balance of the promo?

I tried to claim the $80 which is the second part of the bonus but was only given $20. They said in 30 more days they will credit the rest. They credited me with $20 a month ago when I signed up and used lcb100. Looks like their not on the level to me.

I contacted live help and she said I wasnt an affiliate so she could not add the $80.  I signed up using LCB100 also.  Not sure what's up.  I did get the $20 on sign up but thats it.

I registered in November and got a $20 bonus.  Went to live help a few days ago and claimed LCB100 and they gave me another $20 (so long ago I don't remember where I downloaded from so I took a chance).  I just went to Live help and asked when the other $80 would be credited and they said in February so I guess we'll see.  HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

where was your bonus placed in the bonus account or the real account anyone?

The first $20 they gave me for LCB100 went in to cash.  I assume when I claim the other $80 in February it will go there too.  When I got the original $20 in November when I registered it went into Bonus

I dont know about the first 20, the second 80went directly to the real money account. I played the playthrought anyway, however I played blackjack and poker too. I made a cashout of 140 DOllars and it was approved yesterday. Now I am waiting for the money to appear at the neteller account.

LCB100 code didn't work for me just kept saying invalied

Champwon I had no problem with the code and Live Support added it within minutes. Try again ....you may get a different live support person also mention you downloaded the casino through a link on jswqzs.com for the LCB100 code

I just love this ROME casino. They have such a wonderful live support.  when I signed up at their casino they gave me $25 and I made a deposit for $50 and they gave me $100 bonus but I lost it so they gave me $20 free and another $15 free. I contacted Michael on Jan.1, he gave me $20 real money cash back bonus through LCB100 even though he said that I didn't signed up at their casino through LBC? and told me to wait 30 days for the rest of $80. Only sad thing is that I am not really fond of their slot games...but I love their casino.

Yeah their slot games do suck and run really really slow on older computers (unlike RTG which runs perfect or Microgaming which runs okay). The LCB100 bonus is easy to cash in, did not have any problems with it.

I am having some trouble with this site, as I look to have won the Diabolo Jackpot - I had 5 wildcard symbols on payline 4 playing maxbet. Well, I went to get my other part of the LCB100 tonight,  and they said I never signed up for it.  I said I still have .20 left in my account from when I got the first part about a month ago.  She said that was a $20. bonus, and that was that, and she wouldn't give it to me. :'(

I too had the same problem they said I never registered an account, but I definatly did, and I did nt receive a emal when I first registered

I was told I had to wait until Feb. 21st to claim second half.

EVERY TIME THEY GIVE YOU ANY KIND OF BONUSES THEY SEND YOU EMAIL TO CONFIRM THEM TO YOU SO IF YOU SAVED THAT CONFIRMATION, ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS SEND THEM EMAIL WITH YOUR PREVIOUS EMAIL FROM THEM. WHEN I GOT MY $20 CASH BACK BONUS THEY SENT ME EMAIL STATING THAT I GOT MY FIRST LCB100 BONUS AND AFTER 30 DAYS I WILL GET MY /$80 AGAIN.

I signed up on Jan 3 got my $20, went to live help today and they gave my the other $80 with no hassle. It went into the real money account. I do want to say that this casino's slots are VERY TIGHT!!!!! Payouts on wins are very low for what you bet. That is just my opinion. Has anyone else found this to be true?

Yeah their slots are pretty bad, free games are rare and on every slot you only get a few of them (not standard amounts like 15, 20, 25, etc). RTG slots are way better in my opinion (followed by Microgaming and then Playtech). My initial $20 went pretty quick, waiting for the $80 now.

That $80 lasted me all of 15 minutes! Hope you have better luck!
