It states in the rules that 3 4 or 5 scatter symbols in any payline triggers the free spins. 
I'm aware that it takes more than just getting 3.

if it were supposed to be scatters consecutively on any one payline then that would be different but it doesn't. It just says 3,4, or 5 scatters on  any one payline

The screenshot you showed is not a payline.  Very early in my online casino hobby, I swore there was a "glitch" that took my money.  Then customer service service writes back ina couple days and clearly explained how I was wrong.  And they were right, i didnt read the paytable or info panel just asumed like you did.  Im sure they wrote you back and said the same thing.  If you those wilds were "7"'s or anything, would you say that it shouold be paid?  No.  Everybody please do that before you start somplaining on the forum.  Also, there is a seperate fub forum for complaints, not in the bonus code section.

I have had issues with both MrO and Eternal Slots going offline, giving console script errors, and several versions of failing to load the various parts of the sites. 

hey are clearly experimenting with promotion  processes and self service functions . My guess is that they are using packaged casino management software and either don't know how to sandbox the changes until they are satisfied or the software is idiot proof enough that casino operators feel confident the software prevents any mistakes. 

I will consider the website changes a success if they end up providing an up to the minute transaction history so I can see what I have done and when in order to plan my next actions. A business with paying customers should be capable of providing a transaction history.
