I actually did receive this e-mail myself, and sent a reply to the address, it came back to me.

Then I sent one to support  it also came back to me.

The address they are sending it from is strange...  [email protected]

so I tried [email protected]

both have messages from server, that address does not exist.


What email address do you have to send this to?  a www. link does not cut it

I have no clue, to be honest with you. Although I don't qualify b/c of the deposit term, I sent an email anyway.(Figured it was worth a shot) I just replied to the email too but mine didn't come back. I don't even know- do they have live help? If so, it may be worth asking them.
