I just wrote a Mail to the support. If I got an answer, I´ll post it here! Hopefully they reply or solve it fast, isn´t the first time that a Promo doesn´t work for me there.

As i said party casino is not what it was before, i don t know what the support is doing...

wat a scammas now the hole promo is gone even on the starters page nowhere to find the scratchcard promo i think tey removed it 

This is more a technical Poblem. I´m eligable for that Promo and it should be visible, why this isn´t the case couldn´t she find out at the moment.

In my opinion she did the only and best thing she could do. 

The problem seems to be the new software, that´s a thing the administration needs to fix asap! Not the first time this happens on the whole party network - less ambassadors, better software should be the way...

No! It´s still active - send a screenshot from your "my promotions" under your account to the mentioned adress with the info that it dissapears and they fix it manual.

The current Promo is named "4 cards in February" means you get from 01.02.-04.02. every day one. That´s not the right one. 
Ask the chat if you get the new Promo when you can´t see them...

I contacted the support of party casino they said i m not eligible, i said that i received the message of the promotion, and i don t find it in my box it was deleted so she told me to give the name of the promotion and i gived the name because i copied pasted it here. And after waiting so much it s seems to be a technical issue. After this she said you already got it??!!! With party don t expect anything some poeple will get it some poeple will have just excuses... 

I just hope this clickcard i worth something at the end cause live chat and tickets till they escalate my query  only to unwrap reload 25% ??? 

i think this is noth good for casino wen its there foult the erroe and then give nothimng in return thats alittle sad thats my opinion
