Yep, i've cashed out at pamper, and ac casino.

I won on a 200 free chip at ac and cashed out 100, also cashed out on 100 free chip for 50 at pamper.... it took 3 weeks at each and jumping through several hoops, but they did pay!

The unique thing that I liked about how they payed out was since the amounts weren't worth cashing out via west. union, the only option for usa, they payed it back into my account as cash deposit, and let me play to win more and cashout with no maximum once the withdraw was processed and payed at each.

I used to not think they payed players, but I followed their rules, and sure enough they payed me within their time limits stated in their terms.

That's a bad sign.  Sometimes a players insistence (continued calling and sending emails when obviously being ignored) to get paid, hence withdrawal, is taken as aggression and wouldn't even have to happen if they would simply honor the withdrawal.

I have to chime in here, as my experience is the kind that apparently doesn't get reported on many boards concerning this group.

I've withdrawn twice from Pamper, once on a deposit i made, and another time on a Free Birthday Chip.  It was a while ago, and it did take a few back and forth communications, and they needed scanned ID, along with the standard documents, but in the end, I did get paid.

The second time when I was having an issue about it taking so long to get back to me, eventually the GM at the time got in touch with me, and after pushing the withdrawal through, he was kind enough to grant me a Free $100 chip, without my asking or prompting his for any bonus.

It's been awhile but I withdrew from Pamper from a free bonus.  In between withdrawing and doing it again, you'll need to make a small deposit, too.  There is usually a limit like $100, but if it wasn't from a free offer and was all of your own money, you shouldn't be limited by the total you can withdraw.  Hope that helps, but you need to ask them, really, or search through their website about promotional rules to figure it out.
