    I cant me too redeem this year i am gold ans that i did not understand they said well in their rules "as longer you are gold". Or other level after Amber  you get thé bonus for just 3 month. So the " as longer" is not true. Un plus from amber i go at gold in once time (jackpot won but with bad info from thé chat i lost all) i dont get bonus for bronze ans silver.... I get just an  email  with apologizes for $16.000 lost.......
