lol, well i just wrote everything by hand, send it like that with the answers in an email just now.
but i dont see why this form should be filled out, as all the info that is asked, was already given to them in threefold!

they even called me, and asked the same questions...
the only thing on that form i couldnt supply before, and after, are my signature, and credit card numbers, which i do not have ( the credit cards, i do have  a sig, just never use it )

looks like stalling tactics to me...

Thats exactly what it is, but they are probably going to make u fill it out the way they want. Exspecially if they know u can't. Sometimes all the work that is put into cashing free chips out is too much but for 250 theres gotta be a way. Good luck dirk.....

only not 250, but 200, i sent  them  a mail about the missing 50 (albeit  a very friendly one ) but im happy!

dont say that the 50 is the no deposit being deducted, because i did contact support right after playthrough, and they said i could now withdraw the full amount : 250, so ill wait and see,
but im happy anyway!

rtg casinos dont pay nd chips withrawals.i have made the playthrough in cirrus,slots of vegas,vegas strip,etc.,requested the max cash-out,and 48h later,in the historic account,they dennied the withrawal and they made a manager withrawal

Have won on Cirrus, Party City, Ringmaster, Virtual, Royal Ace, and Ruby Royal with free chip, first time on their sites and yet haven't received any money yet!  It's been about 3 months waiting on some.  I'm convinced by my readings on line that most will not pay.  I will not make a deposit on any of them unless I get what they owe me.  Why spend my money with a casino that is not trustworthy?  I hope others have had better luck!!!
