Ive never tried to cash out from a free chip as i have always assumed that you have to be a depositiing player of the casino to be able to make withdrawls. In saying that ive deposited at a few casino sites that ive enjoyed (some multiple times) and spokwn to the customer support before requesting a cash out to see if it looks okay on there end for me that i havent violated the terms in any way and if verification is completed so no hold ups prolong the processs...

BACK TO THE POINT *      I have been a fair amount of times just left hanging for long amounts of days before being told via emall unsuccessful withdrawl and that my card verification had an error and so cant use that method  as deposit and they say thwy cant tell me why because it doesnt say why on their end regardless how long between verification being completed and mostly they usually refund the dpeosit amount as a sorry....or add free spins to my account or sowmthing just to save face but just with the iasue that then i cant add any credit or debit card to the account again ans have to use neosurf/bitcoin/ezee wallet instead.

BUT then there was one site that didnt let me know at all until i had requesting live chat support and sent emails everyday for a week straight and escalating the aupport iasue which was after 2 weeks!!! had passed of not hearing from them. I've cashed out on free spins several times at Extreme, Brango & Yabby.  I hadn't ever made a deposit at Yabby and they required a deposit before I could withdraw.  Weird because all 3 are sister sites ....
