I got free bonuses even though I had the two-stage bonus still there.  Yes, there is a button if you click on your old bonus, go to the bottom of the T&C you should see it there.  Click on that, then you can get your free chip or other bonus.  You can also re-click on your 2-stagers to get to the 2nd stage- it will still be there.  If you can deposit, you can use it.

with regard to the on line gambling being illegal in US,bit of a puzzler to say the least esp as we here in the UK usually have tighter laws on this sort of thing than US.So you can go to Vegas and gamble but you cant do on line.I don't know the ins and outs of the gaming industry and how the licences are obtained etc but it could be a case of the large Vegas type casinos trying to protect their own interests,i know over here the high street arcades have lost a lot of business to on line gaming but esp the bingo halls,but that's whats good about choice,no ones forcing me to play i choose to do it.

I don't know if you can get around it if the on line casino is based offshore and if you have an offshore account don't see how they can control that or is it just a blanket ban full stop if you live in US?

there are about 4 reasons why usa is trying to crack down on online gambling. Addiction, children being to access the sites, fraud, and there main reason: They can't regulate nor can they get revenue from the sites or collect taxes on your winnings because the IRS has no way to track us. This comes from what I've read anyway.
