I too have found that the free chip gives good pays the minute you deposit the slots play very different, made about 6 deposits here without any half decent hits, will now close account.

Just enquired as to why non depositors seem to get more free n/d chips than depositors as seems to happen at this casino this was the reply.

I don't understand because this casino always tries the withdrawal requests respecting the 2-5 working days also for us faithful players. Doing in this way, we faithful players escape from this casino because we wait, with the inclusive weekend, also 7-8-9 days to have our wins. In this way, not paying the wins in 24 hours, the same casino doesn't make your affairs because the player immediately doesn't reinvest the money of the win.

We haven't 'decreased the frequency of free chips'. You didn't 'stop gambling here'. You were banned for bad behaviour. You managed a 22x roll over on your deposits+Bonuses. Hardly 'tight'. You are angry because you lost, not because we are 'tight'.

We all know you guys don't HAVE to give free chips.  Most casinos don't even offer free chips and only Rival Casinos actually will let you cash out without making a deposit in between.

Nicolas, please allow me to clarify!!  First off, until I just read the post by Shelli I always thought we had to deposit in between chips in order to cash out.  Evidently I was wrong, now I know different (I guess I am just too used to the awful RTG's).  Secondly, my post regarding the $1200 I had it up to on Milk the Cash Cow was on the $10 chip which only allowed a $100 withdrawal, my meaning about winning like crazy was the fact that I had it so high but could not withdraw that amount like I could of if I had deposited.  When I deposit and play on my own money I never could have gotten up to that amount is what I meant because I make alot of deposits and can never hit like that.  I mean no disrespect to you at all, I get frustrated and I would like to win every know and then.  That's all I meant.  I do like this casino and I will still deposit here as my favorite game to play is Milk the Cash Cow.  I do appreciate the free chips and I thank you for them. I am truly sorry that i sounded so angry or disrespectful.

  Just want to tell Nic that I still love him, if that matters. I can only blame myself for too many things I've done or not done. Even though it takes longer than it seems it should, and cashing out leaves you too many temptations to piddle the winnings away, I know I just need to learn some self control. Wow, first id like to say thanks to Nicolas and all at Vegas Regal, I have had many freebies and also managed to cashout. Hes not required to give us free chips but he does and for that I dont mind giving back when I can as in depositing. Its hard to find casinos at the best of times that you can trust to payout so I appreciate VRC as they do pay and show appreciation to thier players.

Your 'room companions' account was originally used by him. But after you were banned you started using his account (we can see that from your play time and other 'tell tale signs'). We have plenty of evidence of all this.

You also started using his forum account. The mods can corroborate this.

I agree Lips, the free chips and the wonderful contests are given and open to ALL, depositors and non-depositors, though there are exclusives to depositors only, he comes along with another for ALL, i won the free chip not once but twice and i had NOT deposited, his words to me were.. "you deserve it".. that was a big free chip!!!

I've recieved all the free chips as everyone else has, i could never see myself even asking for more without depositing, even if i did and was rejected i wouldn't blame him one bit, even recieving 1 free chip that is still generous coming from a casino, but he Nicolas/VEGAS REGAL has gone above and beyond we could ever imagine to make us happy. I've seen it over and over again.
