    Just tried the trick everyone explained and i got nada. Would have been to easy. All you get as a depositor is a "5 % platinum cashback" on your next deposit; Of course with a 20something playthrough.

    My recommendation would be: If you like free chips, never deposit there!

    You have to deposit regularly to get free chips there. I didnt get anything for new years, but didnt deposit there for some time cause of the daily freebie. Could be an error though, so ask support wink

    i had the very  same thing occur.  i did chat with support and was told to email them and include a copy of what i posted on face book.  i was told they would research it and get back to me.  the support rep also said to make sure that the time of your posting is included in the email.
