I think the $50 contest chip was from the Christmas tourney. I think it was Tropica that had the $1,000 & 40 minutes to make as much as u can, but never told us what we would win or why or how???

I do remember doing quite well with my $1,000. How about ya'all that also got the contest chip. U think that is maybe where it came from?

My email said it was from the winterwonderland play, basically if you played that game you were entered into a drawing. But, when I logged in to my account there was no chip to be seen.....hmmm.....emailed support and waiting to see what they say.

rena, are your promos gone now that u have made a withdrawal?

i made requirements on $7 free chip and cashed out the max of $25.  then got thinking i should take advantage of one of the bonuses for reversing a withdrawal. 

reversed and made that playthrough and i cashed out $300.  about the time i should have been receiving it, it was reversed into my account.  talked to support.............said submit again.  so i am waiting now.

but no more promos have been available since i first withdrew.

I haven't had any promos in over two weeks right after I made a withdrawal. I contacted support and inquired about why I didn't have any promos. I was told it is the casino's discretion who they give promos. The only thing I did was make a withdrawal. I eventually reversed the withdrawal because it was never completed.

We have a Rep for Tropica at this forum, Duwayne. Send him a Pm and ask. He is reasonable and if he believe they have treated you wrong he will give them back to you.
Remember that all casinos wants you to make a deposit without bonus also. I play there sometimes but I have never used any bonus at all. I think most of them are too bad. It's not what it use to be.

I Love Tropica, and who can beat all the Casino Manager Floor bonuses. Very nice, But......I have had a $50 withdrawal for 5 days now, it was from a freechip. I have been really good and have not reversed, just patiently waiting. Today, I get the message from Tropica.

Why not just deposit it into my QT acct then say Happy New year, I have already waited the 5 days!!!!

And the clock starts ticking for another 5 days if and when i request the withdrawal on the 1st of January as they have requested me to do. Has this happened to anyone else?

ive had some probems w/ this casino and also vegas regal dont let these wolfs in sheeps clothing fool you. they have never wanted to payout, they stall, and hope u will reverse. ive been a long time depositor until recently. one other thing that grinds my gears is having been a long time depositor and you win something they still want some money from you before they pay . so called security deposit. good luck

I have cashed out from both casinos from a free chip, quite a few times.

  Tropica i have cashed out a few times from a free chip.  Tropica does use a few tactics such as reversing your cashout and then u get email stating if u didnt reverse to contact support etc.  BUT i have still received my cashout if i have the stamina to hold tight and withdraw again lol

VRC i have never ever had a problem cashing out on a free chip and they have given me numerous free chips and i havent been able to deposit in some time.

I did the very first time i made a withdrawal, as with all the rivals But not subsequent ones. The first time u withdraw u HAVE to make a deposit for proof of identity etc. at all rivals.

I think the rival casinos are awesome in that u dont have the back to back chip rule!

Well, I just made requirements and cashed in on the $7 free chip!!  The max withdraw amount is only $25 so im thinking bout doing the same as i did last time.............reverse withdrawal with a bonus and see if i can make the requirements again, so i can make a decent withdrawal

AND there was ANOTHER free $5 that was popped into my account and i am up to $40.
