Yes wait atleast 1 hour before trying to claim the promotion, most likely you have claimed a promotion within the last hour, and Rival software needs an hour inbetween claiming promos.  Good luck!

I was checking my rival accounts and came across a "20% cashback bonus" in my cashier.  Bored and trigger happy, I thought I would try claiming it to see what was the deal.   OH YEAH!  20% cash back on my deposits!  Instantly!  And it had only a 10x playthrough.

I uninstalled their software.... I never received the LCB bonus nor any free chips
