Netherlands cannot get the $20 free item as a new player.  I'm speaking with the rep about Netherlands and Germany and other countries that are allowed to play at this casino but cannot get the $20.

I'm trying to sort it out so those that can get the $20 free can, but also that Dutch and German and other countries that are allowed to play at the casino can get the $20 if they deposit.  i know it doesn't sound fair but they are sticking with those countries that are allowed to claim the free $20 and won't budge on it.

Thanks for your efforts blue. I like this casino a lot and hope you can get them to find some flexibility. I have deposited in the past and will play at Brango and Extreme in the future anyhow, but an extra freebie is kinda nice of course.

Once the item has been updated,  you will be able to claim it but you would need to deposit first to get it.

I'm still waiting on the "go ahead" from the rep.

Casino Brango removed from the shop whilst it's updated to the new country restrictions and adding in lots of other countries but only those listed (United States, Canada, Finland, Italy, New Zealand, Norway and Sweden) can receive the first $20 without a deposit (providing.they didn't take a freebie already).

Casino Brango now back in the shop and opened up to lots more countries including Germany, Netherlands etc.

This is a great new shop item, thanks for getting my country included blue. I play at Brango anyhow from time to time so it is tailor made for me. Is Casino Extreme a sister casino to Brango? I might be mistaken, but I believe it is, and am just wondering if Casino Extreme might be persuaded to add a similar item to the LCB shop?

Yes they are sister sites and Casino Extreme have two items - spins and $20 chip available.  Perhaps this needs updating too.  I'll check with the rep on the country restrictions.
