    When I logged in the account the money were gone.I don';t understand why.The chat told me to contact the support from my email.Did that and waiting for an answer.From the email I understand that the bonus expired even if I have made the wagering.

    So for the moment I tell you not to make a deposit here because this is shady

    I didn't replay to this because it is total bs and told to myself that it doesn't matter.If You can help me Ok If not again ok.

    The support told me tot make a deposit in order to withdraw but they didn't told me that it was a condition of the bonus.It wasn't in the terms the fact that the money will Be taken If I didn't deposit.Think about the fact that I made the wagering in 4 hours but maybe somebody else will finish it in 2 data and surprise after that You take his money because he didn't made a bogus deposit in  2 days?

    If Your support thought that I will not make a deposit they were wrong.

    I'm back with an update.After receiveing help from casinonapoleon rep that is here on the forum They have put back the money in my account and after a small deposit of only 2 euros I was able to make an withdraw today and in 3-4 hours I had the money in my neteller.The rep Monica kept her word and sorted things out.You can trie to play here now.
