I emailed support regarding the comp points they decided to revoke also. I was told by chat that my account was downgraded.. I was the optimist level which was the first level after making your first deposit. So they seriously made a whole new class level lower than the people who’ve only made a 10 dollar deposit So the 2 thousand dollars I’ve spent there and I get downgraded!!! So the perks I was told I would get if I deposit there is bullshit.
