Sometimes if you don't answer fast enough they have a huge number of people waiting for someone to answer their chats so the convo could stay open but the host may have to leave due to response time and having other people blowing them up. Also if you look at your transaction list, I'm not sure if it's strictly deposits, strictly coupons, or everything, but they are never up to date. They are basically always AT LEAST 12 hours behind so anything you have done within that time frame most likely will not show up yet. I emailed support regarding the comp points they decided to revoke also. I was told by chat that my account was downgraded.. I was the optimist level which was the first level after making your first deposit. So they seriously made a whole new class level lower than the people who’ve only made a 10 dollar deposit So the 2 thousand dollars I’ve spent there and I get downgraded!!! So the perks I was told I would get if I deposit there is bullshit. So I email support about this and they added my comp points back for 2 days only to remove them again?!?!’ I just find it real hard to wrap my head around the fact that someone who has deposited one time is held at a higher standard than someone who has deposited and played there since day one….
