In my case, the red panda was chosen. Okay. So the spin shows everything change to a panda, which was quite a few, I do not get paid for it, then they all quickly changed back as the bonus spins were over. Why did it not pay for the master takeover? Why does the description, if anybody knows how to read, why does it not reflect the picture. why does the description say certain things like this reel and this row has symbol whatever. But you look and it's like that's not what it says.. why do I have a picture and then descriptions of something else? Cuz if they are supposed to be the same, they aren't. so which one do I go by? The picture? Or the description below? And why do they even have the one they decide is incorrect? Why are they lying in the description? Why. I need answers. I have waited so long. Why doesn't the spin match the words used to describe it 

I know this doesn't help, but I had a similar issue with the daily free spins at Eternal Slots where the free spins within the game didn't trigger although there were 3 scatter symbols there.  
 

During the same game, I hit a smaller paying spin with some Jacks, but it paid $0 (screenshot).  I was basically told I'm an idiot and after examining my issue they saw nothing wrong, which makes me really really suspicious of both Mr. O & Eternal Slots now.  I've caught a couple other spins that should've paid but did not, and it makes me think something really fishy is going on.  I won't play at Eternal anymore & probably not Mr. O either because of this!

OMG I just posted the SAME thing on eternal. First of all I won on that game once, wasn't paid, went to chat, they gave me a chip. It was something small like that too. And also I got 3 bonus symbols on eternal it happened on eternal. I have screenshots but it won't let me post them it's to big somehow. And even the chat support and now the email people in waiting to hear back they are looking into it. But this one was bad.  I counted about half of the wins for different combinations of red panda ,(,all the animals except gorilla dude turn to red panda, and gorilla dude is wild) all I did was count half  the combinations of 6 red panda  and it was over 50 n I quit n figured I wouldnt end one if the ones claiming simething happened n told yourr wrong l just wish I could talk to somebody claiming I was wrong cuz I have so many questions. If I'm wrong I will own it. But I won't claim it until it's proven to me. the spin makes no sense the words below saying what happened.....didn't look like it happened.  Or explain to me if I misunderstand the game. Dude I had the same thing happen on eternal slots multiple times. I even screenshotted it this last time. I guess the file size is too big to upload here but I got the 3 free spins scatter and nothing happened. Also had it hit a bunch of other things and nothing. I looked at the game and it literally says reels 3, 4, 5, 6 were changed. Nothing on the first 2 matched it.

Did you read the part about Master Takeover being initiated? That's why I put all the pictures. It states clearly that during Master takeover, one selected master will replace all the others. That was the whole point of this. So if you replaced all the Masters with the chosen one, red panda, wouldn't you have several combinations of 6 panda?

It also doesn't say you received that feature. This spin says bursting wild. 

No if you look at all the screenshots, this spin received both the bursting wild whatever and the master takeover. Is that all? Cuz if so then I must be golden.
