Same Story with me.  They want A code.  A code that even GOOGLE can not locate!  This casino appears to be falling into TOPGAMES usual member casino group. 

Every TOPGAME casino that I have delt with makes me feel, at best, uneasy!  Only time will tell with this one!

I opened new account last night at Mona and Topaze went to live Chat at each MONA wanted the code ? He DAVE said finally after about 15 min. I looking for the code said I'll just give you 5.00 . I said TY but why did my email say it should be 10.00 . He said be happy I got anything at all ! I told Support at Topaze of the problems at MONA if they are associated with them  ? You should see that DAVE receives some more training in Customer Support might help site be more successful .

That's odd.  I downloaded & installed this one on Friday night from the link in the LCB newsletter email. I then went to the registration screen to set up a user name and password & found a bonus code had been automatically generated. And the bonus was already in my account when I signed in to the casino.

I never had to speak to support while I played, which may also be because this was a disappointingly short play period as nothing was hitting for me & $10 was gone in a flash.

Unfortunately I did not write down the code.  Hope you get this resolved.

After opening my new accounts at both mona and topaze casinos, I went to live chat and they claimed there was no no-deposit promotion. They were adament that there was no free chip. But, in both casinos, once I said "don't you have a promotion that would allow me to try out the casino?", they (both) then offered to give me a free chip as soon as I filled out my profile.
I don't know if that was just a coincidence, but it might be something.
