Lucky Red Casino No Deposit

I just wanted to share with you that after all that complaining I did about Lucky Red I just deposited with them today.  Is that crazy or what?

Oddly enough I cleared a Lucky Red NDB yesterday.  I requested the withdrawal (ECO Card) and submitted my ID and a bill to be safe.

I received an email this morning stating that my bill did not show a date and that I needed to resend it.  I went to my account and all winnings had been voided.

I replied with the picture they wanted and asked them why the $ was nowhere to be found.  "In cases like this winning is avoided" was the reply I got..

I thought the Club group was different?  It is getting harder to figure out where I am going to deposit, maybe the local indian casino's are the best bet still..

UPDATE:  I recall playing two hands of Blackjack yesterday at a whopping $2 per hand, when I noticed that it was not reducing my playthrough I went back to slots.  Support is telling me that I played an exluded game.  Not sure why it allowed my to play?  Maybe for reasons like this.  Fair enough I guess.. not where I want to deposit though.

It is players responsibility to check the terms. And we don’t have such system yet what makes excluded games not accessible when bonus is played. It would be much better not only for you but for us as well. I hope it will be invented in the future to avoid any misunderstanding.

Sorry, new to this whole NDB thing.  I was under the impression that you could play but it didnt count against your play through. 

When redeemed, my chip did not show the usual terms and conditions.. just stated that I was credited.

Live and learn.. we all know that the slots probably offer better odds than 21 after 21 against my 20 anyways.
