No Deposit: Grand Eagle, Lucky Creek, Mandarin, Treasure Mile and Wizbet

Well I have NEVER deposited at any of these casinos & WAS ABLE to claim my medals at Grand Eagle through chat with Susan. When I went to Lucky Creek....my medal "bonus" money was already in my account. NEVER deposited at either casino nor their sister casinos.

I had only $20 medal money in Lucky Creek but I had more medals that I did not get credited for!

I won medals on many games, but was told they were no good because I didnt claim them in time. What a joke!

Was told and grand eagle they sent out emails on the medals.. if u have not checked .. check that but it could be just another admin lie?  If any of u had medals at all at any time before or during the promotion check Lucky Creek accounts.. You might have some money there!

all i know, is i got a blue medal some time ago, not on the specified day, and ive never attempted to claim them nor have i deposited...but when i logged in, it said congrats and gave me $20...woot

I have learned one thing from this experience.. My deposits will go to the one who honored those medal's the most and even without asking them too. Lucky Creek will get my deposits out of all those listed in this group!

  My medals are from before these " medal days promos" at Lucky Creek I asked what I can do with them and they said they haven't started their medal program yet. It should in about a month. Alaso sais the medals will just accumulate and not go away.

I was told if you didnt earn them during a certain time frame that they were no good. I then asked if he could tell me when I earned mine and he said no. I was like WTF???

Hey roomies heres a thought, when a problem of this magnatude, or let's say any problm in general occurs, the casino, or casinos in this case will shut down, make repairs, offer a big apology to it's customer/players, and then add a nice NDB, so everyone is happy, an back spending money, when they open back up. The last 2 parts of this procedure, has not occured yet, to my knowledge. So, what is that telling us?
In my humble opinion,
1) they havn't found, or repaired the problem yet.
2) inside problems, (ex. improper software, etc.)
3) they might not be able to repair the problem. ( ex. grandprivie, betonsoft grew to fast, just can't handle the volumne)
4) inside or outside problems, intentionally corrupting their site, sites (third party)
Anyway food for thought. I thought this group was pretty good, when they started back up a few months ago, but theres obvious issues now. Just ashame this occured.

Grand Prive Casinos told me that it was expired and therefore wasted. I never saw anything about the medals earned previouslyand what to do with them. Lucky Creek, FROM A DIFFERENT GROUP told me, what I posted a couple back, that in a month their medal promo will begin and the ones I have already will be save and can accumulate more.

I just got an email with code LPMPFR for a $25 freebie at Mandarin Palace AGAIN...third time I think

Was able to redeem LPLCFR, LPMPFR, LPGEFR, and LPTMFR. Could not get LPWBFR. For 25.00.

I'm a depositor & wasn't able 2 claim any of them...

im am too but went o chat and got them no problem  id try atleast all they can say is no  and a no doesnt cost a thing 

I got emails for Mandarin and Treasure Mile.  But nothing from Lucky Creek and left out for the third week in a roll from Grand Eagle.  I did go to support and GE assured me that no non depositors got the bonus.  I was not eligible even though I am a loyal depositor.  So oh well!

I was told by support non depositor no bonus go suck it!

i contacted live support at Mandarin Palace and Ray said that these codes are sent to different players each week? but i was not able to claim at MP but was able at LC so im off to try the rest.

Does anyone know of an email address at Grand Eagle other than the generic support@grandeagle?

Because of the timing of my being able to deposit and last week's BetonSoft shutdown, I was completely shut out from participation in the medals promotion.

I have made deposits on a regular basis at Grand Eagle's and their Support has been good to me in the past. Yet, on this, I have had discussions with live help twice and sent 2 emails to support (awaiting reply to the second) and have been completely dissatisfied with the replies (and attitude) so far.

In their blanket letter of apology, they state: "As a valued patron of our establishment, we realise that you have missed out on some of the action and we intend to make it up to you."

I just want to provide them an opportunity to make good on their promise.

I was able to claim LPMPFR at Mandarin for $25. I claimed it for the 3rd time! 

Surfer76....The only thing I can suggest(& don't laugh at me)is that u could try writing an email to [email protected]. I don't know if it is actually a legit email address, but it's worth a shot. I've done it a couple of times(at other casino/bingo sites)& have actually gotten through to someone higher up on the totem pole.

Or u can take a more drastic approach & try calling 1 of the MANY 1-800#s they have posted on their sites support page.

I didnt even know that I won some medals, just loggin with lucky creek today and saw a message,

no, I did not ask for it.  It was just there.  I played over the weekend when they had the promotion.  I didn't receive the popup message congratulation for winning medals or anything.  I just logined my account couple days later and saw medals at the games I  played with $75 in the account congratulate me for winning medals.
