Congrats on your cashout!!!!!!!!!!  I requested my first cashout last Friday Apr 2.  I sent my documents in the same day.  Never got a response but since it was the weekend I didn't worry too much.  On Monday still no response and my withdrawal was still pending.  Again I waited since it was only Monday. Tuesday I logged into the casino and got a message that my withdrawal would be approved as soon as I send my docs. So I sent them for a second time.  Still no repsonse.  So Wednesday I sent them a third email with my docs and asked them to confirm they actually did receive them.  Finally this morning, I got an apology email and my withdrawal was approved.  Now I was silly and requested it to go directly to my bank account and so I have no idea how long that takes.  I was going to email support and ask, but with the luck I've had so far with this...I'll probably have the money before I get an answer lmao.  AGAIN CONGRATS TO ALL THAT HAVE CASHEDOUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let me ask you a dumb question???? if I live in Illinois I am in a certain time Zone right? Well what time zone are these casino's in? maybe that's why the codes work for some and not others maybe like at 6pm our time it's really the next day where they are from so we could claim a wed code on Tues evening but not wed evening?? does anyone follow what I'm tiring to say???? does it make sense?????????

yes I understand. I am not sure what time zone they are in however. I would think the bonuses are based off of their time zone. If you go to live chat, Im sure they can answer it for you..or next time Im there Ill ask them.

I got my withdrawal in my bank account about 5 minutes ago.  It was sent from them last Thursday so that was really quick.  It did however cost me an extra $40-50 in bank fees but I got $427 in my bank for nothing so I'm not complaining.  I'm going to make my first deposit there tommorow.
