I asked if I needed to come to chat again on Monday and the last guy said, "yes you can," and left it at that.

I have not tried changing any of the letters of the code at the other casinos, but they may work too...

the medal promotion may not have been "tight" enough for them.  I know I earned over $200 in medal money on a $20 deposit.

I am curious to see if they reopen and if they do, how are they going to compensate us.  Casinos with integrity would come back on line and keep their word with regard to the promotion.  However, even though these groups appear to have been trying to redeem themselves, they have not always been known for their integrity.

Jess just told me that it will be credited AUTOMATICALLY in the next 2-4 hours which is a contradiction from what I was told earlier. I was told we had to contact support to claim the prizes

I think they kept up with it in their system somehow.  I too already had medals but the promotion ran from Fri. - Sun.  I kept a log of medals I already had and new medals earned at two of the casinos.  When I went to redeem them yesterday what they had and what I had wrote down matched up.  So I think they know somehow.

I closed all of my accounts.  I was a loyal depositor and thought perhaps I'd be credited for at least some of my medals but didn't.  I also lost my gold medalions on City of Gold.  I had all but one for the feature.  This must have happened with the "upgrade".  I also noticed that I, since this upgrade, had very very little playing time.

I think they upgrated because people were winning to many medals....!!!!!

Why would a casino upgrade when this promotions was going on,  players had to go to livehelp to get the medals credited, or even phone.....and the waitingtime.....all the troubles-misunderstanding etc.

I do hope everybody gets their winnings.

When you see the significant bonuses redeemed for what seemed to be fairly small numbers of medals; I think you are absolutely right: the casinos recognized what a cluster fiasco they had unleashed and shut themselves down.

Has anyone heard an explanation of why the servers went down? Either some catastrophic event resulted in the failure of every server of every BetonSoft casino worldwide, or the casinos took their own servers offline. I have yet to hear any credible explanation.

Regardless: the servers being down in the middle of the medals promotion precluded a large number of players (myself included) from earning and redeeming significant winnings.

If the servers failed as result of some catastrophic event, I feel the casinos owe an explanation; If the servers were deliberately taken offline, the casinos owe their player/customers much more.

But Im sure that promotion cost them a lot of money. I dont think I have ever seen anything like that.....so easy for players to gaine money from a casino.

I would love to know how many gamblers participate in this promotion. And the income and outcome just from this medal thing....interressting, sorry for my poor english, compared to yours Surfer.

I forgot to mention that when I stated others were able to claim medal bonus and had not deposited support told me not to believe anything anyone said on the forums--essentially called those who said they were able to claim without depositing over the weekend, liars.

My point is that I am appalled they would bash the people who support them!
