Wow!  Less than an hour remaining, and only ten participants?  I almost didn't even play because the prize pool in the tournament lobby shows $0.00.  Is this what everyone else is seeing?  Just curious as to what's going on since the announcement of the tourney indicated it was to be a $250 prize poll.......Am I missing something???

Ten of us signed up and I won first place.. So I contacted support to find out why there were no prize money listed.  After an hour on hold with Kevin in chat, I was told this was a free tournament only and no money was to be awarded.  Then I showed him the posting of the tournament information, 30 minutes later, I was told that a ticked would be opened on this and I would hear from support in 48hr.  so, I guess this was a waste of our time

No worries. The prize pool is $250 as it was anounced. It is split in some way according to the players signed up, but it is $250.

Melcb, my sincerest apologies.  My comments were in no way directed towards lcb.  My comments were after a very frustrating hour and 20 minutes on hold with Kevin.    I have been a long time member here and know that you wouldnt steer us wrong.  This clearly seems to be a miscommunication within the Casino Titan staff.    The tournament didnt start when it was supposed to, none of the csr's knew anything about it, its still not listing any prizes.  And most of all, only 10 lcb people got to take advantage of it because of the confusion.  I have the utmost confidence that you will get this straightened out.

That's what I love about LCB.  Unlike a lot of other sites out there, LCB doesn't seem to have a problem with being up front about a situation.  Shit happens in all walks of life, sometimes we contribute to the cause, and sometimes we have absolutely no control over what happens or happened.  Shit just seems to have a mind of it's own.  But the great people here at LCB, as well as the casino reps that we all associate with here, don't start making excuses and point fingers.  They just get stuff corrected.  Many others avoid responding to inquiries and/or emails, but at least for what I've experienced, LCB is awesome when it comes to communication with it's members!

I guess since I didnt make enough deposits it did not show up for me.  I was online until 330am looking for the tourney tho.

Not getting in the tourney might have actually been a good thing.  I was able to get in, but since then, the tourney's that they offer on a regular daily basis aren't available to me anymore.  It does still  shows the LCB tourney(although it does say completed).  I'm sure it will all work it's self out eventually.
