Hello!
Anyone managed to make withdrawal? I have 100 euro on my ballance wagered but I can't able to start the withdraw because I get a error "withdrawal unavaiable" I contacted with the support and he told me I will be informed when I can start the process. I think they don't want to pay me but I will see.

have requested 533 euro withdrawal on 7 may, on 9 may was asked for ID copy, on 10 may recive email my ID is verifed. Today contacted live support, told me will recive my withdrawal today. In terms is written: withdrawals are processed 3 days a week - on mondys, wednesday and fridays. Any have recived money from them?

I also got to withdraw from the 5 euros bonus, yesterday, and customer support told me that I will receive the money yesterday, but nothing. They verified my account and I deposited 5 euros and nothing! I wrote to [email protected] and still nothing
From what I can see in the casino my withdrawal is still "In Progress". -
