this casino is a little odd i think. After contacting them by email about the bonus i eventually got 6 replies all received at the same time and all exactly the same to say my account has been suspended then i got another 3 emails all the same again to say if i want an account with them i have to send in id docs etc. I know this is normal when withdrawing but just to register it seems a little strange. I did some research on this site and it appears that they originally opened in 2010 was aimed at Traders with betting pools for financial commodities, foreign exchange etc. They re-launched in 2012 offering casino games to include a wider gambler audience. 

What is unfortunate is their aggressive approach slamming players with emails and slow running software! They do not have live chat but they do offer a telephone number (limited hours) if anyone needs to contact support.

Was trying to be helpful when posting but maybe should just keep to myself.  Seems a lot easier than not being trusted simply because i am a newbie. 

There is new posters whose sole purpose is hype up and are Representatives of a casino. It's not that Newbies aren't trusted it just raises red flags to members when there is several complaints and a one time poster has no problem. It's for you and all members protection.

It can be a difficult situation when its a lone post and do apologize if you are intentions were sincere.

Let me ask you.....did you get bombarded with emails after joining? You did mention the reels were slow too.

I got 3 mails sent in succession, my account was suspended until i verified my account. I understand why you think my intentions were insincere, but i am in no way affiliiated with this casino.
I did my own checks before i made any kind of deposit and there was no rogue warning for this casino anywhere.
